If you have a leased vehicles, most leasing companies require you carry Liability limits in the amounts of; $100,000 per person for Bodily Injury with a maximum of $300,000 per accident limit, and $50,000 total per accident limit for Property Damage Liability.  You should check with your leasing company to see what they require.

You may want to consult with an Attorney or Certified Public Accountant before deciding on your liability coverage limits. This is what protects you financially. We hate to be overly complicated but if you have things to protect you should find out how much it will take to protect them.

Page Insurance Agency is not responsible for your individual choice of coverages.

Personal Injury Protection & Uninsured Underinsured Bodily Injury
vs. Health Accident Coverage
If you have group health insurance you should check with your health insurance provider to see if your health insurance policy will cover auto accident injuries and related expenses.  In some case if they do you may want to decline Person Injury Protection and Uninsured Motorist Bodily Injury coverage to help keep your auto insurance rate down. HOWEVER if you have a high deductible play, you may want to purchase Personal Injury Protection, to help you meet is deductible. UMBI can be purchase without UMPD.

Uninsured Underinsured Motorist Property Damage
In the State of Texas Collision covers automobiles in all forms of collisions including; hit and run accidents; accidents caused by uninsured motorist; and at fault accident, up to the limits on the policy less any deductibles. If you elect Collision coverage you do not need this option. UMPD cannot be purchased without UMBI.

If any driver has any tickets, accidents, or claims in the past 36 months, it is very important to answer these questions as accurately and honestly as possible. If you fail to disclose information your policy can be uprated, cancelled, and/or the insurance company could possibly prorate or even decline your claims.

Comprehensive & Collision Options

These two options are offered together as add on coverage to most any Personal Auto Policy. They are sold as a stand alone physical damage policy on lender's single interest policies, which is forced place coverage imposed on consumers by their lender if they fail to carry these options on their own. The lender then forces the consumer to pay the premium on the forced place coverage which is usually much more than what a consumer would pay if they simply add these options to their own Personal Auto Policy. It is important to get a quote with these options in mind if you know you need them.
